Celebrate Thanksgiving With Us

This Thanksgiving, gather with friends and family for a warm and elegant holiday meal along the Willamette River. Our special four-course plated dinner is designed to make the day stress-free, delicious, and memorable—no cooking or clean-up required.

Join us on Thursday, November 27, 2025, for a festive dining experience featuring chef-prepared holiday favorites, curated wine pairings, and a kid-friendly menu for little ones. Dinner is served from 12 PM to 6 PM by reservation only.

Please note: This is not a buffet. Our Thanksgiving menu is a plated dining experience at a set price.

We encourage early reservations to secure your preferred dining time.
First Course: Appetizers

Beef Crostini Bite: Horseradish cream sauce seared prime rib, arugula, caramelized onions, and truffle oil.

Crab Brioche Bite: Avocado spread, micro greens, Dungeness crab, charred lemon vinaigrette with a sprinkle of lemon zest and saffron.


Second Course: Choice of Soup or Salad

Soup: Butternut Squash bisque with a brown butter crème fraiche and toasted pepitas.

Salads:
Harvest Greens with goat cheese, spiced pecans, roasted golden beets, and apple cider vinaigrette.
OR
Shaved Brussels and Kale with cranberries, toasted almonds, pecorino, and maple mustard dressing.


Third Course: Pick One Entrée

Traditional Turkey Plate: Herb-crusted turkey breast, whipped garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, house stuffing, cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy.

Braised Short Ribs: Polenta and roasted heirloom carrots with a rich demi sauce.

Glazed Ham: Collard greens and scalloped potatoes.

Seared Halibut: Wild rice pilaf, asparagus, and a white wine beurre blanc sauce.

Black Garlic and Truffle Risotto: Topped with a ring of acorn squash and wild mushrooms (Chantrell Mushrooms, Lobster Mushroom, and Shitake Mushrooms) Vegan, Gluten Free


Fourth Course: Dessert

Pumpkin Pie: Topped with whipped cream.

Flourless Chocolate Torte: Topped with powdered sugar, chocolate shavings, raspberries, and a spring of mint. Gluten Free

Dutch Apple Pie: Scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with an apple rum reduction.
